Supporting wellbeing, resilience and teamwork in early years settings.

This wellbeing programme has been designed specifically for practitioners and leaders working in early childhood services.

 

It focuses on understanding stress, building resilience and developing emotional awareness to create a positive, supportive and thriving team culture.

​

What’s included:

  • 4 group sessions (90 mins each, in person or via Zoom)

  • Wellbeing tools and reflection worksheets

  • Focus on team communication and stress management

  • Opportunity for group discussion and shared learning

Who it’s for:
Ideal for early years educators, nursery staff and leaders who want to enhance wellbeing, strengthen team relationships and promote a more mindful, supportive workplace.

  • Session 1: Wellbeing Foundations – Stress Awareness & Self-Care

  • Session 2: Team Resilience & Communication – Collaboration & Support

  • Session 3: Sustaining a Positive Setting – Mindful Practice & Reflection

  • Session 4: Workshop Review – Progress, Challenges & Growth
