This 6-week coaching programme supports teens and young adults to understand their emotions, strengthen their confidence and develop tools to handle life’s challenges with resilience.
It’s designed to encourage open conversations, emotional awareness and personal growth in a safe, supportive environment.

Ideal for young people (typically aged 13–21) who want to improve confidence, manage stress or anxiety, and build stronger emotional wellbeing.
