The Heal & Rise Programme is a 6-week journey of emotional healing designed to help you reconnect with yourself after heartbreak, trauma or narcissistic abuse.

 

Together, we’ll work through the pain, rebuild your confidence and create a strong, healthy relationship with yourself again. You’ll be guided gently through emotional recovery, inner growth and empowerment – learning to release what no longer serves you and move forward with clarity and peace.

What’s included:

  • 6 one-to-one weekly sessions via Zoom (60 mins each)

  • Personal reflection exercises between sessions

  • Guided tools for emotional regulation and healing

  • Ongoing support and accountability throughout

Who it’s for:
This programme is ideal for women who are ready to heal from past emotional pain, break unhealthy patterns and rediscover their power and self-worth.

  • Week 1: Acknowledging the Wound – Awareness & Acceptance

  • Week 2: Detaching & Releasing – Emotional Freedom

  • Week 3: Rebuilding Self-Worth – Self-Love & Inner Validation

  • Week 4: Boundaries & Red Flags – Safety & Self-Protection

  • Week 5: Confidence & Self-Trust – Reconnection & Empowerment

  • Week 6: Forgiveness & Freedom – Letting Go & Moving Forward
